illi Jung Piccato (b. 1982) is a South Korean visual artist currently based in Rio de Janeiro whose work explores the profound interconnections between humanity and the natural world. Through photography, painting, sculpture, and installation, she translates nature's subtle language to advocate for its preservation as a vital legacy for future generations. Her work—characterized by layering, reflections, cut-outs, and collage—reinterprets the environment through a unique lens that is deeply thoughtful yet often lightened by a sense of humour and irony.
